Mobile Document Imaging Director
This is a senior-level production position at Paperless Solutions. The Mobile Document Imaging Director is responsible for the coordination and completion of document imaging project throughout the State of California. Position requirements include advanced computer skills, superior work ethic, superb customer communication skills and a commitment to the timely completion of assignments. Moderate travel is required.
Warehouse Supervisor
Warehouse supervisors are responsible for all shipping and receiving activities. Light to Moderate travel in company vehicles is required. Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
Clerical Support Staff
This is an entry-level position at Paperless Solutions. Clerical staff are responsible for preparing paper documents to be scanned. Position requirements include a superior work ethic and a commitment to the timely completion of assignments.
Document Imaging Specialist
This is a mid-level position at Paperless Solutions. Document Imaging Specialists are responsible for the conversion of both paper and digital documents using computers, high-speed scanners and imaging software. Position requirements include intermediate computer skills, superior work ethic and a commitment to the timely completion of assignments. Light travel may be required.
Shift Leader
Shift Leaders are responsible for overseeing technical projects from start to finish. Typical duties include software configuration, staff supervision, hands-on system troubleshooting, customer communication and project management. Light travel may be required.
Marketing Intern
Applicants must be current students or recent graduates with a creative eye and vast attention to detail. Activities will include the planning and execution of both traditional and non-traditional (i.e. Web 2.0) activities. Sample projects may include one or more of the following mediums: print and design, MySpace profile enhancement, Second Life character creation, viral campaigns, Flash Games.
